Returns & Refunds Policy

At Odyssey Camp & Co., we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our items are made-to-order and/or personalized, our returns and refunds policy is designed to closely align with our print production partner's policy.

1) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing/print error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the issue (and packaging if relevant)

If approved, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • A free replacement (reprint), or
  • A refund (full or partial, depending on the issue)

In many cases, you do not need to return the item for damaged/defective/manufacturing issues. Photo evidence is usually sufficient.

2) Reporting Window

Issues must be reported within 30 days from the date the order is marked delivered. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse / change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong size, color, or variant
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Minor print placement variations/tolerances that are within production standards
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Personalized/custom items (unless damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly)

4) Sizing & Product Information

Please review size charts, color options, and product details carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before purchase at CustomerService@odysseycampco.store

5) Lost, Undeliverable, or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or not collected in time, we can help arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at CustomerService@odysseycampco.store and we'll investigate with the carrier and production partner.

6) Cancellations & Order Changes

Because many items are made to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 1 hour of purchase, and only if production has not started.

After production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

7) Refund Method & Timing

If a refund is approved, we will issue it to your original payment method (or store credit, if agreed) within 10 business days after approval. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

8) Exchanges

We generally do not offer exchanges for made-to-order or personalized products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
