Return Policy — ODYSSEY CAMP & CO

ODYSSEY CAMP & CO operates on a print-on-demand model. Each item is made specifically for you after you place an order. Our products are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, Printify (and its network of print providers). Because items are made to order, our refund policy differs from traditional retail.


Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind / no longer wanted

  • Incorrect size selection (including preference for a looser/tighter fit)

  • Incorrect colour/design selection

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Personal taste (for example, “it looks different than I expected”)

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging (recommended)

If approved, we will provide (at our discretion):

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund (full or partial depending on the issue)

In many cases, you won’t need to return the item.


Lost, missing, or delayed packages

If your tracking shows a problem:

Marked “Delivered” but not received
Please check with household members, neighbor's, building reception, and your local courier first. If it still can’t be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

Stuck in transit / lost
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the courier confirms the parcel is lost, contact us and we will investigate. If the order is deemed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund.


Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect from a courier pickup point/depot

  • Unclaimed packages

We may be able to reship your order, but you may need to cover reshipping costs. Because items are made to order, refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.


Size issues (mislabeled items)

Because our items are made to order, we generally do not offer size exchanges.

If you believe your item was mislabeled (the size label does not match what you ordered), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The item laid flat (full view)

  • The size tag/label

  • The packaging label (if available)

If verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country. These charges are:

  • Determined by your local government/courier

  • Not included in our prices unless stated

  • The responsibility of the customer

We cannot refund or reimburse customs/duty charges.


Cancellations and changes

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If production has not started, we may be able to cancel or update your order.

  • If production has started or the order has shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify your order.


Refund processing time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider, but typically take 3–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees (if charged) are generally non-refundable, unless the error was ours (for example, an incorrect item, defect, or misprint).
