These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the ODYSSEY CAMP & CO website and any purchase you make from us. By visiting our site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

ODYSSEY CAMP & CO sells worldwide, with primary markets including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

1) Who we are

ODYSSEY CAMP & CO (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online store using Shopify.

Our products are fulfilled through Printify (and its network of print providers) using a print-on-demand model.

2) Print-on-demand (made-to-order) products

Most items are made to order after you purchase. Because of this:

  • Production begins soon after checkout.

  • Stock is not held in advance.

  • Each unit may have slight variations in print placement/colour due to the nature of printing.

Product images are mockups and are provided for illustration. Colours may appear different due to screen settings and lighting.

3) Ordering and checkout

When you place an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate (including shipping address).

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  • You understand the item is made-to-order unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order (for example: suspected fraud, payment issues, or listing errors). If we cancel after payment is taken, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

4) Pricing, currency, and taxes

  • Prices are displayed in the local currency associated with your country/region of purchase (where supported by Shopify settings and payment methods).

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already paid for.

  • Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where Shopify supports it for your location.

5) Shipping, delivery times, and risk

Estimated delivery times shown on the site are estimates only and can vary due to production times, carrier delays, peak periods, and customs processing.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Risk and title: Where permitted by law, risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

6) Incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcels

If an order is returned or not delivered due to:

  • An incorrect/incomplete address,

  • Refused delivery,

  • Failure to collect from a pickup point/depot,

  • Unclaimed packages,

we may be able to reship, but reshipping costs may apply, and refunds may not be available because items are made to order.

7) Customs, duties, and import taxes (international orders)

If you order internationally, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These are determined by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise.

We cannot refund or reimburse customs/duty charges.

8) Cancellations and order changes

Because production can begin quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible if you contact us immediately after ordering.

If production has started or the order has shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

9) Returns, refunds, and replacements

Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns/exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will help.

10) Sizing and product suitability

Sizing charts are provided on product pages. You are responsible for selecting the correct size. If you believe an item is mislabeled or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos so we can investigate.

11) Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions:

  • May be time-limited and can be changed or ended at any time.

  • Usually can’t be applied retroactively to past orders.

  • May have additional conditions (minimum spend, exclusions, one-time use, etc.).

12) Intellectual property

All content on this site (including designs, artwork, logos, product images, and text) is owned by or licensed to ODYSSEY CAMP & CO and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.

13) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes,

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems,

  • Interfere with the site’s security or operation,

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, warranties, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.

16) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising from your use of the site or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in that order.

This does not limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or where consumer law prevents limitation).

17) Consumer rights (UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand)

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under local laws that cannot be waived.

  • UK: consumer rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation remain unaffected.

  • USA: consumer rights vary by state; these Terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  • Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • New Zealand: consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (where applicable) remain unaffected.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer law in your country, mandatory consumer law will apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country/region where ODYSSEY CAMP & CO is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
