All products at Odyssey Camp & Co. are made to order — printed or embroidered fresh after you place your order. Nothing is held in a warehouse. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time after dispatch. |
1. Production Times
Production begins immediately once your order is confirmed. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started — please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once your item has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows. These are estimates and are not guarantees.

Delays can occur due to courier volume, customs processing, public holidays, or adverse weather.
Total estimated delivery time examples:
• Standard T-shirt (UK): 2–7 days production + 2–5 days shipping = 4–12 business days total
• Standard T-shirt (US/CA): 2–7 days production + 5–10 days shipping = 7–17 business days total
• Standard T-shirt (AU/NZ): 2–7 days production + 7–14 days shipping = 9–21 business days total
• Personalised item (UK): 10–15 days production + 2–5 days shipping = 12–20 business days total
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are based on your delivery destination and order value. All prices are in GBP.

UK delivery is always free — no minimum order required. For all other destinations, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order reaches £40.00 or more. No discount code is required.
The shipping cost and any applicable free shipping discount will be clearly shown before payment is taken.
Some orders may ship in multiple parcels if items are fulfilled by different print facilities. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number — this is normal and not an error.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel:
1. Check safe places on your property
2. Check with neighbours or your building's reception
3. Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation email
4. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
5. If still unresolved, email customerservice@odysseycampco.store — we will investigate with our fulfilment partner
5. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and cannot be predicted or calculated by us in advance.
We clearly identify all packages as commercial goods. We do not under-declare values or misrepresent package contents on customs documentation.
If your parcel is held at customs, please contact your local customs office with your tracking number. We will provide any supporting documentation we are able to assist with.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once production begins.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange either:
• A replacement shipment (additional shipping costs may apply), or
• A partial refund (excluding original shipping costs)
7. Lost Parcels
A parcel may be considered lost if tracking has not updated for an extended period or if the courier confirms non-delivery. Please allow the following before reporting:
• UK orders: 15 business days from dispatch
• International orders: 25 business days from dispatch
If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK customers) or applicable consumer law in your country.
To report a lost parcel, email customerservice@odysseycampco.store with your order number and tracking details.
8. Damaged Items or Print Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a print or embroidery defect, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at customerservice@odysseycampco.store with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the outer packaging if the item arrived visibly damaged
We will arrange a replacement or refund where the fault is confirmed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Your Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy. If you have questions about your rights, visit citizensadvice.org.uk.
