3. Our Products

All products sold on odysseycampco.store are made to order. Items are individually printed or embroidered by our fulfilment partners after each order is placed. No items are held in stock.

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may vary from on-screen representations due to differences in devices and screen settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match what is depicted on screen.

Product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in pricing or product description.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Because all items are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once production has started. Cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase may be possible if production has not yet begun — email us immediately at customerservice@odysseycampco.store.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed in your order confirmation email.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the details are accurate.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

As all products are made to order, your right to return goods for change of mind is limited under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully intact — including your right to a remedy for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Fan-inspired designs on our products are original works. Unless otherwise stated, our products are not official or affiliated merchandise. Any third-party trademarks referenced in product names or descriptions belong to their respective owners.

9. Fan-Inspired Designs Disclaimer

Some of our designs are fan-inspired and reference sports teams, players, or events. These products are not official merchandise and are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or authorised by any sports club, governing body, or official rights holder. All designs are original artwork created by ODYSSEY CAMP & CO.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our store may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with ODYSSEY CAMP & CO. Shopify is not party to your purchase and accepts no liability in connection with it.
