OUR PRODUCTS

What kind of products do you sell?

Odyssey Camp & Co. offers motivational sportswear, cricket fan apparel, embroidered caps, printed T-shirts, mugs, stickers, and gift-ready designs for cricket lovers and sports fans. We also produce personalised items with custom names, squad numbers, or team details.

Are your designs official team or player merchandise?

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all our products are fan-inspired original designs and are not official or affiliated merchandise. They are not endorsed by, authorised by, or affiliated with any sports club, governing body, or official rights holder.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Sizes vary by product and style. If you are between sizes, many customers prefer to size up for a more relaxed fit. If you have a specific question about a product's measurements, email us before ordering and we'll help.

Do you offer embroidered and printed products?

Yes — we offer both embroidered caps and printed T-shirts, mugs, and stickers, depending on the product. The product page will specify the production method.

Where do the products come from?

Every product is made to order by specialist print and fulfilment partners (via Printify), with facilities in the UK, USA, and EU. Your order ships from the facility closest to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your item is made fresh after you order.

ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Browse the store at odysseycampco.store, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted. Production begins immediately after confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order, and only if production has not yet started. Email customerservice@odysseycampco.store immediately with your order number. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel, change, or modify orders.

Can I contact you before ordering?

Absolutely. If you have questions about sizing, products, personalisation details, or anything else before placing your order, email us at customerservice@odysseycampco.store and we will respond within one business day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will my order take?

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time after dispatch.

Standard products (T-shirts, mugs, caps, stickers):

• Production: 2–7 business days
• UK delivery after dispatch: 2–5 business days
• USA / Canada delivery after dispatch: 5–10 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Personalised items (custom name, number, team): production takes 10–15 business days, then add shipping time above.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on your delivery destination:

• United Kingdom: Free on every order — no minimum
• United States / Canada: £9.99 — Free on orders £40.00 and over
• Australia / New Zealand: £12.99 — Free on orders £40.00 and over
• Rest of World: £14.99 — Free on orders £40.00 and over

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country's customs authority.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

My order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Please first check safe places on your property, with neighbours, and with your building's reception. Confirm the delivery address on your confirmation email, then contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If the issue is still unresolved, email customerservice@odysseycampco.store with your order number.

What if my order is late or lost?

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, email customerservice@odysseycampco.store with your order number. Please allow the following before reporting:

• UK orders: 15 business days from dispatch
• International orders: 25 business days from dispatch

If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

All products are made to order, which means each item is individually produced after your order is placed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or wrong colour chosen.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a defect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print or embroidery error, email us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@odysseycampco.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. In most cases you do not need to return the item.

What if there's an error on my personalised item?

If the error was caused by a production or print fault, we will replace it at no cost. If the error was in the personalisation details you entered at checkout, we are unable to offer a remedy — please check all spelling and details carefully before ordering.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the amount.

Are my statutory rights affected?

No. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our policies. If you're unsure of your rights, visit citizensadvice.org.uk.
