1) What kind of products do you sell?

Odyssey Camp & Co. offers motivational sportswear, fan-inspired tees, embroidered caps, and gift-ready designs for cricket lovers and sports fans.

2) Are your designs official team/player merchandise?

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are fan-inspired designs and are not official or affiliated merchandise.

3) How do I choose the right size for t-shirts?

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, many customers prefer sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

4) Do you offer embroidered caps and printed tees?

Yes , we offer both embroidered caps and printed t-shirts, depending on the product design.

How long will my order take?

All our products are made to order — printed or embroidered fresh after you place your order.

Standard products (tees, mugs, caps, stickers): Production: 2–7 business days After dispatch:

  • 🇬🇧 UK: 2–5 business days
  • 🇺🇸 USA: 5–10 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia / 🇳🇿 NZ: 7–14 business days

Personalised items (custom name, number, team): Production: 10–15 business days, then add shipping time above.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — we ship to the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged in their country.

What if my order is late or lost? If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, email us at customerservice@odysseycampco.store with your order number. UK orders: allow 15 business days from dispatch. International: allow 25 business days. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@odysseycampco.store with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

6) Can I return or exchange an item?

Do you accept returns?

All our products are made to order, which means each item is individually printed or embroidered after you place your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or wrong colour chosen.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a print defect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, email us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@odysseycampco.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. You do not need to return the item in most cases.

What if my personalised item has an error?

If the error was caused by a production or print fault, we will replace it at no cost. If the error was in the personalisation details you entered at checkout, we are unable to offer a remedy — please check all spelling and details carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase and only if production has not started. Email customerservice@odysseycampco.store immediately with your order number. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the amount.

My parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Check safe places, with neighbours, and contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If still unresolved, email customerservice@odysseycampco.store and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

7) Can I contact you before ordering?

Absolutely. If you have questions about sizing, products, or your order, contact us via our store email and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

8) Are these products good for gifts?

Yes, many of our tees and caps are designed to be gift-ready for cricket fans, sports lovers, and motivational apparel shoppers.

9) Where do the products come from?

Every Odyssey Camp & Co product is made to order, printed or embroidered fresh when you place your order. We work with specialist print and fulfilment partners (via Printify) with facilities in the UK, USA, and EU, so your order ships from the closest location to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse gathering dust. Your tee is made for you.
