Thank you for shopping with ODYSSEY CAMP & CO. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, produce, and ship orders placed through our store.

1) Print-on-Demand Production (Important)

Many of our products are made to order using Printify, our print-on-demand production partner. This means your item is printed and fulfilled after you place your order, rather than being held in stock.

Because items are made to order:

  • Production begins shortly after purchase

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started


2) Order Processing & Production Times

Processing/Production time: Typically 2–7 business days (may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or major sales).

Production time can vary depending on:

  • Product type (e.g., apparel vs. accessories)

  • Print provider capacity

  • Order volume and seasonal demand

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3) Shipping Times (Estimated)

After production, shipping times vary by destination and shipping method:

United Kingdom

  • Standard shipping: typically 2–5 business days

  • Express shipping (if available at checkout): typically 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard shipping: typically 5–15 business days (varies by country)

  • Express shipping (if available): typically 3–7 business days

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak seasons.


4) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The product(s) ordered

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Some products may ship separately if they are produced by different Printify print providers. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


5) Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

  • Check safe places and with neighbours

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order

  • Contact the courier directly where possible

  • Then email us at Customerservice@odysseycampco.store and we’ll help you investigate


6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated at checkout.


7) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to the sender due to:

  • An incorrect/incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

We can offer a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs may not be refundable. Additional shipping costs may apply to reship the item.


8) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delays

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Customerservice@odysseycampco.store. We will assist in contacting the courier and Printify’s fulfilment support.

Lost packages

A package may be considered lost if tracking has not updated for an extended period or if the courier confirms loss. If confirmed lost, we will work with Printify to issue a replacement where eligible.

Stolen packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel is missing, this may be treated as stolen or misplaced. We will support you in raising an investigation with the courier, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund once marked delivered (unless required by consumer law or the courier confirms misdelivery).


9) Damaged Items / Print Issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is a print defect, please email us within 30 days of delivery at Customerservice@odysseycampco.store with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (including packaging if damaged)

We will work with Printify to arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.
